The mission is to heal children, strengthen families, and build community. The core values are Creativity, Honor, Respect, Integrity and Safety: CHRIS.
Since 1981, CHRIS Kids, Inc. has delivered a broad continuum of critical services to children, youth and families allowing them to reach their natural potential for happiness, health and success. CHRIS Kids offers residential and summer programs to homeless children and youth and affordable mental health and substance abuse counseling to local families.CHRIS Kids believes kids are assets to be developed, not problems to be solved. The goal is to save kids from slipping through the cracks and help them grow up to be productive citizens.
